Hukum dan Negara, Jurnal Hukum USU

Hukum dan Negara, Jurnal Hukum USU  (Hukum dan Negara) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Department of Administrative Law and Department of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law University of Sumatera Utara. Hukum dan Negara is published two times a year in July and December. All papers submitted to this journal should be written in English or Indonesian.

Hukum dan Negara was first published in February 2013  under the name Jurnal Hukum dan Negara. Since 2013 Hukum dan Negara has been published in an online version and has been published one times a year in February. In November 2019 the name of this Journal was changed to Hukum dan Negara : Jurnal Hukum USU. Changes were also made in the frequency of publications to only two  times a year, in July and December.

The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. Hukum dan Negara is available in print and online version.

The article in this journal will be published collectively as part of an issue that will be published two times a year in July and December. The number of articles per issues is eight articles
