The level of communication studies presented can go beyond various levels, both micro, mezzo, and macro. However, immunization campaigns are often rejected by the public due to misinformation and misconceptions about immunization. Therefore, an effective communication strategy is an important factor in planning communication programs to succeed immunization achievements and encourage behavior change in the community. This study aims to analyze the health communication strategy conducted in Peunaga Baro Preparatory Village, West Aceh District. We used a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews with 8 parents who participated in the immunization program as well as health workers as the person in charge of the immunization program. The analysis was developed using the KAP</p> <div><span lang="EN-ID">-</span></div> <p>based communication planning model.</p> <div><span lang="EN-ID">The results found that there are still misperceptions of immunization in the community so that they do not allow their children to be immunized. By combining communication patterns, the communication patterns of health workers are linear-secondary communication patterns in the form of oral communication with direct counseling, linear-secondary communication patterns in the form of posters, circular-secondary communication patterns in the form of oral communication with direct counseling and the last is circular-secondary communication patterns in the form of WhatsApp Groups. Social media, which is included in the new media section, is widely used by the public to obtain the information they need. Social media has the advantage of being a digital communication tool that is able to spread messages and events in the form of information to the public, such as Instagram which is chosen and used by the Indonesian people. Instagram users have the opportunity and freedom to absorb information in the city of Bandung. The Instagram account @humas_bandung is one of the accounts that fills in events, happenings and information in the city of Bandung social media with the account @humas_bandung actively uses Instagram to share information and educate the public regarding incidents in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of social media Instagram @humas_bandung on social media as an information center for the city of Bandung. This research uses qualitative content analysis with the direction of finding out uploads from @humas_bandung. This research investigates the hashtag #JulidFisabilillah, a leading online movement originating from Indonesian citizens. Through comprehensive analysis, this research aims to uncover the motivations, narratives, and impacts of #JulidFisabilillah in the broader context of the Israeli-Palestinian War. By examining digital discourse, social media trends, and the role of Indonesian society in shaping online narratives, this research provides insight into the transnational dimensions of the conflict and the influence of digital activism on public opinion. This survey also stated that as many as 31.6% of victims of bullying allowed the action, 7.9% retaliated, 5.2% deleted the teasing, while only 3.6% reported the action to the authorities (APJII , 2020). This research aims to determine the school's efforts to educate students to avoid behavior<em>cyberbulling</em> as well as what literacy skills are given to students so that students are digitally skilled. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yaitu mengkaji sebuah program (<em>public relations</em>), kejadian, aktivitas, proses atau individu, atau kelompok dengan lebih mendalam. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dikumpulkan langsung dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi non-partisipan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi <em>public relations </em>yang diterapkan PT Nasco International. Dari ketujuh strategi bauran PENCILS, ditemukan bahwa strategi <em>public relations </em>di PT Nasco International diimplementasikan dalam cakupan internal dan eksternal perusahaan.
