Preparation Guideline

Guideline for contributors
Author should follow the manuscript preparation guide:

1. Title, should be brief, specific, informative and no more than 40 letter and space

2.  Name of Author, should include full name of authors, address, to which proofs are to be sent, name address of department to which the works should be attributed.

3. Abstract, not more than 250 words consist of the background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusions are required. Keywords 3 to 5 words should be provided below the abstract.

4. introduction, comprises the background of problem, its formulation and purpose of the work and the prospect for the future.

5. method, containing clarification on used materials and scheme of experiment. The method should be explained as possible in order to enable other examiners to undertake retrial if necessary. Reference should be given to the unknown method.

6. result, should be represented in logical sequence with minimum number of tables and illustrations necessary for summary only important observations. The horizontal line in the table should be made at the least to simplify the view. Mathematical equations should be clearly state. Decimal numbers should be separated b point. Tables, illustration, and photographs should be cited in the text in consecutive order. Explain in footnote all non standard abbreviations that are used.

7. Discussion, explaining the meaning of the examination’s results, in that way the reported result can solve the problems, differences and equalities with previous study and development possibilities. This section should include the conclusion of the reported work and suggestion for further studies if necessary.  

8. conclusion, answer to the research question, should be written in brief and clear descriptive sentences

9. reference, should be arranged according to the Vancouver system, reference must be identified in the text by the super script Arabic numerals and  numbered in consecutive order as they are mentioned in the text. The reference list should appear at the end of the articles in numeric sequence.
    

I. Research reports preparation guidelines
The text of the research report should be divided into the following sections: title, name of authors, abstract, objective, method, result that ended by conclusion, references.


II. Literature review preparation guidelines
The text of literature review: title, name of author, abstract, introduction, conclusion and reference.


III. Case report preparation guidelines
The text of case reports should be divided into the following sections: title, name of author, abstract, introduction, case, and case management that completed with photograph/descriptive illustrations, discussion that ended with conclusion, references.

             Each article contains a maximum of three graphics. The color or black and white photographs must be submitted clearly either illustrations or graphics. Photos should be set to a minimum size of 125x195mm2

             Manuscripts are written on A4 pages, 1.5 line spaces, with left and right border of 3 cm; upper and lower border of 2.5 cm The editors are entitled to have archives, to edit of articles, ensuring conciseness, clarity and consistency according to SMJ publishing standards. All manuscripts texts and illustrations to belong to a permanent publisher, and the author is not allowed to publish in full or in part, in print or electronic media other than SMJ, without the written permission of the publisher. All data, opinions or statements appearing on the manuscript are the responsibility of the contributors. Therefore, publishers, editorial boards of SMJ shall not be liable or under any obligation to the consequences of any inaccurate data, opinions or statements

1. Judul, harus singkat, spesifik, informatif dan tidak lebih dari 40 huruf dan spasi

2. Nama Pengarang, harus menyertakan nama lengkap penulis, alamat, bukti yang harus dikirim, nama alamat departemen tempat karya harus dikaitkan.

3. Abstrak, tidak lebih dari 250 kata terdiri dari latar belakang, tujuan, metode, hasil, dan kesimpulan yang diperlukan. Kata kunci 3 sampai 5 kata harus disediakan di bawah abstrak.

4. Pengantar, terdiri dari latar belakang masalah, rumusan dan tujuan pekerjaan dan prospek masa depan.

5. metode, yang berisi klarifikasi bahan baku dan skema percobaan. Metode ini harus dijelaskan mungkin agar pemeriksa lain dapat melakukan pemeriksaan ulang jika perlu. Referensi harus diberikan pada metode yang tidak diketahui.

6. Hasil, harus diwakili dalam urutan logis dengan jumlah minimum tabel dan ilustrasi yang diperlukan untuk ringkasan hanya observasi penting. Garis horisontal dalam tabel harus dibuat sekurang-kurangnya untuk menyederhanakan tampilan. Persamaan matematis harus dinyatakan dengan jelas. Angka desimal harus dipisahkan b titik. Tabel, ilustrasi, dan foto harus dikutip dalam teks secara berurutan. Jelaskan dalam catatan kaki semua singkatan non standar yang digunakan.

Diskusi, menjelaskan arti hasil pemeriksaan, dengan cara itu hasil yang dilaporkan dapat memecahkan masalah, perbedaan dan persamaan dengan kemungkinan studi dan pengembangan sebelumnya. Bagian ini harus mencakup kesimpulan dari karya dan saran yang dilaporkan untuk studi lebih lanjut jika diperlukan.

8. Kesimpulan, jawaban atas pertanyaan penelitian, harus ditulis secara singkat dan jelas dengan kalimat deskriptif

9. referensi, harus diatur sesuai dengan sistem Vancouver, referensi harus diidentifikasi dalam teks dengan angka Arab super script dan diberi nomor urut berturut-turut seperti yang disebutkan dalam teks. Daftar referensi harus muncul di akhir artikel dalam urutan numerik
