This journal is a semi-annual journal (published in January and July) with the primary objective of disseminating scientific articles on the business administration topic, which cover entrepreneurship and creative industry. This can be realized with a good work-life balance as well as good health safety. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and occupational health safety partially on employee satisfaction at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan. This study used a quantitative method involving 58 employees of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan as the research sample. The sampling technique for this study was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the validity-reliability instrument test, the classical assumption test and the hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has no significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan. Meanwhile, occupational health safety has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan. This research is a casually associative quantitative investigation. This study's population consisted of all </em><em>Alfamart </em><em>consumers who purchased private label products. The sampling technique employs a purposive sampling method that incorporates non-probability sampling of a total of 100 respondents using a questionnaire to collect data. The method of data analysis employed begins with descriptive analysis of research data, discussion of research instrument tests, classic assumption tests, path analysis (Path Analysis), and statistical testing of hypothesis results using version 25 of the SPSS data processing programmed. Perceived enjoyment is also needed to increase GenZ's desire to have an interest in reusing the self-ordering kiosk at McDonald's. This study<br />aims to determine the effect of self-service technology and perceived enjoyment on interest in reusing the self-ordering kiosk at Gen-Z McDonald's in Medan City. The method used is<br />quantitative by involving 100 Gen-Z people as samples. The results of this study indicate that<br />self-service technology and perceived enjoyment have a significant effect on the interest in<br />reusing the self-ordering kiosk at Gen-Z McDonald's in Medan City by 81.9%. Consumer behaviour towards environmentally friendly products is a concern in economic sociology. The writing of this article aims to explore the analysis of economics students' behaviour towards environmentally friendly products. This research uses a literature study method, which will involve analysing data from several economics and bussines students in various universities. Environmental awareness, knowledge of environmentally friendly products, economic factors, and social factors are important factors in the decision making of a consumer. Economics and business students as consumers who are aware of environmental issues tend to choose environmentally friendly products. This is of course also influenced by economic factors and consumer social factors. The results of this study provide knowledge in understanding the consumer behaviour of economics and bussines students towards environmentally friendly products. This is motivated by the decline in Telkom's performance as seen from the decline in Indihome Market Share in the last three years. In this case, employee performance can be influenced by many factors, one of which is job satisfaction. When doing their job, positive support directly or indirectly from the company has an impact on the work produced by individuals. So that in fulfilling the required quality, the company provides positive support to support employee satisfaction at work. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The primary data collection of this research is by conducting interviews and direct observation at the BGES Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan. Then secondary data is obtained from related literature studies. The results showed that job satisfaction has a great influence on improving employee performance in the BGES Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan such as increasing productivity.
