This study aims to optimize dimsum production
profits in a successful dimsum shop in Bogor, West Java, by using linear
programs and simplex methods. By analyzing data obtained from interviews and
observations, it can be known the factors that affect decision-making, the goals
to be achieved, and the limitations faced in production activities. This study
provides guidance for Toko Dimsum Sukses to make the most of resources and
increase profitability, although there are some limitations, such as linearity
assumptions and external variables that are not considered. This study reveals
that to achieve a maximum daily profit (Zmax) of Rp.19,800,000, a successful
dimsum shop needs to produce original dimsum (X1) 120 times and dimsum
mentai (X2) 1120 times.
Palahudin, Aida Komalasari aida, Aldi Humaedi, Apri Setiawan, Fina Alfiani, Nayla Salsabila Copyright (c) 2025 Journal Of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19803 Fri, 31 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Generation Y and Digital Transformation: Determinants of Intention to Adopt E-Payment https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19535
This study examines the factors influencing Generation Y’s intention to adopt ePayment services, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework.
The study involved 200 Generation Y respondents. The variables tested include
perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and subjective
norms. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis
revealed that all variables significantly influence the intention to adopt ePayment. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness and ease of use have
the most substantial impact, reflecting the importance of efficient and accessible
systems for users. Conversely, perceived risk, particularly concerning security
and privacy, acts as a primary barrier, highlighting the need for more secure
system development. Subjective norms also influence user intentions through
social pressures from family, friends, and other significant figures. This study
underscores the importance of addressing perceived risks, enhancing system
usability, and leveraging social influence to promote e-Payment adoption among
Generation Y. The findings offer strategic insights for technology developers,
policymakers, and marketers to optimise e-Payment implementation and user
engagement.
Heri Faisal Harahap, Mutia Fitri Chania Copyright (c) 2025 Journal Of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19535 Fri, 31 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Effect of Work Experience, Work Communication, and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at The Royal Pita Maha Resort Ubud, Gianyar https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19847
Hotel is one of the most popular accommodation services for tourists. The results showed that work experience, work communication, and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Resort management is expected to improve aspects of increasing work experience, work communication, and self efficacy.
Dewa Ayu Nyoman Oka Sulastri, Ni Wayan Eka Mitariani, I Gede Yudhi Hendrawan Copyright (c) 2025 Journal Of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19847 Fri, 31 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Relationship between profitability and dividend payout from industrial companies listed at Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange, Tanzania https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19889
The creation of profits is necessary in order to distribute dividends to shareholders after investment. Previous studies focused on dividend payments and macroeconomic conditions. The aim of this paper is to investigate the connection between profitability and dividend pay-out in Tanzanian industrial companies that are listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE). The study used a panel data research design and a quantitative technique. The research conducted from 2009 to 2023, 105 firm-year data points from seven industry categories were analyzed. The study was to compile significance data through documentary review. Panel data regression was used to evaluate the research data both descriptively and inferentially. The findings of the research showed a strong positive association (P < 0.005) between manufacturing firms' profitability and dividend payout. All things considered; the findings indicate that industrial enterprises listed on the DSE are primarily motivated by profit. The study suggests that manufacturing companies should raise their profitability to attract more capital and raise the dividend payment ratio.
James Chindengwike Copyright (c) 2025 Journal Of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19889 Fri, 31 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Role of Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable between Servicescape and Repurchase Intention: A Study on Maxx Coffee Customers in Medan https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19848
Nowadays, cafes that serve coffee drinks are competing with one another
extremely quickly. Understanding customer behavior is one strategy to win the
competition. For instance, keeping an eye on customer satisfaction and the
servicescape of their workplace. The aim of this research was to evaluate and
ascertain how Servicescape and Customer Satisfaction directly affect
Repurchase Intention, as well as how Customer Satisfaction functions as an
intermediate variable. A sample of 150 respondents was used in the descriptive
associative research design. Using the Smart PLS application, the data analysis
technique is (Partial Least Square) PLS. The findings revealed that Servicescape
and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase
Intention; Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on Customer
Satisfaction; and Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on
Repurchase Intention via Customer Satisfaction at Customer Maxx Coffee in
Medan. The R-squared value for the variable of repurchase intention is 0.786,
whereas the variable of customer satisfaction is 0.684. The acquisition of these
values explains that the percentage of large intention to repurchase can be
explained by servicescape and customer satisfaction of 78.6%, while the
acquisition of the value that explains the percentage of the large performance of
customer satisfaction can be explained by servicescape of 68.4%.
michael novranda Surbakri, Iventura Fitra Uli Tamba, Trans Ningsih, Agusman Copyright (c) 2025 Journal Of Management Analytical and Solution (JoMAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://talenta.usu.ac.id/jomas/article/view/19848 Fri, 31 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700
