Companies must find ways to get employees involved by highlighting Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior. OCB behavior can create a sense of employee attachment to the company so that it tends to avoid counterproductive attitudes. This study examines the effect of CWB on OCB in sales employees. The results of this causal study indicate that employees with high CWB behavior tend to have low OCB behavior and vice versa.
2023-11-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Rania Putri Shaliha, Tri Rahayuningsih, Rozi Sastra Purnahttps://talenta.usu.ac.id/jppp/article/view/13873Online loan phenomenon among students: micro and macro psychological analysis2023-11-02T15:40:16+07:00Islakhul Muttaqinislakhul.muttqin@gmail.comLusi Nuryanti ln140@ums.ac.id
This study specifically examines the impact of online loans and analyzes both micro and macro psychological aspects. The subjects in this study were 52 employees who worked in clothing stores and filled out the emotional intelligence scale and Utrecht-work engagement scale. The data analysis method used a simple linear regression technique. Based on data analysis, in testing the hypothesis contribution of emotional intelligence to work engagement, the analysis revealed a significant contribution of emotional intelligence to work engagement in 59.9%, and the remaining 40.1% were other factors beyond the study. The lower the emotional intelligence is, the lower the work engagement. We suggested that the next researcher study emotional intelligence and work engagement in another field of work or another type of industry. The implication of this research is for the company to develop emotional intelligence first to increase work engagement.
2023-11-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Shinta Febrina Febrina, Unandari, Dina Hartika
