However, the number of workers in Indonesia who are registered and actively paid could have been higher than the total workforce in the country. Questionnaires were used to collect responses from 160 participants, and the analysis was done using Jamovi version 2.3.28 with Moderated Mediation modules to examine the relationship. The finding suggested that perceived supervisor support significantly influenced the relationship between organizational identification and Account Representatives' performance, with a 35.3% effect size.
2024-05-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Ira Theresia Siahaan, Martina Dwi Mustikahttps://talenta.usu.ac.id/jppp/article/view/15314Posttraumatic growth among breast cancer survivor after underwent mastectomy2024-02-26T11:36:37+07:00Kadek Sunita Winayaka Putrisunitawinayakap@student.unud.ac.idLuh Made Karisma Sukmayanti Suaryakarismasukmayanti@unud.ac.id
Cancer and the mastectomy procedure experienced by individuals with breast cancer can be a traumatic experience. This study examines the influence of loneliness and anonymity on self-disclosure among users X (Twitter). The subjects of this research are X users with anonymous accounts ranging from 17 to 40 years old, totaling 356 participants. Employing a quantitative approach, the researcher adopted the Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDS) to measure the self-disclosure variable, the UCLA Loneliness version 3 to measure loneliness, and the Lee, Choi, and Kim anonymity scale to measure anonymity. The research results indicate that both loneliness and anonymity, both partially and simultaneously, impact the self-disclosure of social media X users.
2024-05-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Maindah NurLaili Asari, Tatik Mukhoyyarohhttps://talenta.usu.ac.id/jppp/article/view/14247Adolescent aggressiveness of Korean pop fans viewed from celebrity worship tendencies2024-02-26T11:30:53+07:00Tirza Panggabeanpanggabeantirzaa@gmail.comNawang Warsi Wulandaripanggabeantirzaa@gmail.comTaufiqurrahmanpanggabeantirzaa@gmail.com
This study aims to determine whether celebrity worship influences the aggressiveness of young Korean pop fans. To prevent and detect early symptoms of mental disorders, school adolescent peer counseling programs have been formed since the 1970s. Peer counselors’ roles include providing emotional support for their peers through listening, helping as a co-problem solver, and, if needed, referring peers who need professional help to the professionals available at school. This project aims to develop a practical training module for student peer counselors and form a peer counselor program in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The training module was formed through a systematic literature review of existing scientific literature. The literature results concluded that the main topics of peer counselor training are communication skills, attitudes, other skills, self-development skills, ethics, and focus topics. A training module was developed based on the results of a systematic literature review.
2024-05-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 uli Fajar Susetyo, Aliyaturrahmah Supriyadi, Diana Setiyawati, Nurul Kusuma Hidayati
