The actual and potential land suitability of Arabica coffee aged 10 to 15 years is the goal of this
study. The survey and purposive sampling from the Land Map Unit overlay (map of altitude, soil
type, and slope) were used in the study. After that, it was matched with the land suitability table.
The findings demonstrated that SPL I and II's actual land suitability was categorized as S3
(appropriate marginal), with wa, rc, nr, and eh dominating the limiting factors. The SPL remains
marginally categorized as S3 after repairs, but the limiting factor changes to rc if repairs are made.
