Pemberian Pupuk P Dan Zn Untuk Meningkatkan Ketersediaan P Dan Zn Di Tanah Sawah
Application of P and Zn Fertilizer to Increase P and Zn Availability in Paddy Soil

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemupukan P dan Zn serta interaksinya pada berbagai dosis terhadap ketersediaan P dan Zn serta pertumbuhan padi (Oryza sativaL.) di tanah sawah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah kasa dan Laboratorium Riset dan Teknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan, dimulai pada bulan April sampai September 2015. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama pupuk P (SP-36) yakni 0 ppm P, 40 ppm P, 80 ppm P, 120 ppm P dan faktor kedua pupuk Zn ( ZnSO4) yakni 0 ppm Zn, 1,5 ppm Zn, 3 ppm Zn, 4,5 ppm Zn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk P nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dan ketersediaan P. Serapan P daun maksimum berada pada dosis 95,81 ppm P. Pemberian pupuk Zn dan interaksi kedua faktor tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman dan ketersediaan P dan Zn.
The aim of the research were to know the effect of phosphate fertilizer and zinc fertilizer and its interaction to increasing available of phosphate and available of zinc and the growth of rice (Oryza sativa L.) in paddy soil. The research was implemented at gauze and at laboratory Research and Technology of Agricultural Faculty of Sumatera Utara University Medan from April to September 2015. The research used Factorial Randomized Block Design with two factor and three replications. The first factor was phosphate fertilizer (SP-36) that was 0 ppm P, 40 ppm, 80 ppm P, 120 ppm Pand the second factor was zinc fertilizer or zinc sulphate that was 0 ppm Zn, 1,5 ppm Zn, 3 ppm Zn, 4,5 ppm Zn. The result showed that aplication of phosphate fertilizer increase plant growth and phosphate available. P plant uptake was maximum in dosage 95,81 ppm P. Aplication of zinc fertilizer and interaction of two factors did not effect in plant growth and availability of phosphate and zinc.
