Abstract

The research aimed to get The Parameter genetic of the generation crossed F4 Soybean Detam-2 and Grobogan . The research was conducted at experimental field of college of Agriculture USU in March 2017 up to August 2017. The parameters observed were : the days of flowering, the time of harvested, the plant height, the number of primary branches,the number seeds per plant, the weight of 100 seeds. The result showed that there were nineteen sample of genotype that have the character of time early ripening and high production Soybean plant F4 each row of the best result of crossed.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan Perhitungan Genetik Generasi F4 Persilangan Kedelai Detam-2 Dan Grobogan. Kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill). Pada generasi F4. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Agroekoteknologi Universitas Sumatera Utara USU (± 25 m dpl). dimulai dari bulan Maret 2017 sampai bulan Juli 2017. Parameter yang diamati adalah umur berbunga, umur panen, tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang primer, jumlah polong berisi per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman dan bobot 100 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan belas sampel genotipe yang memiliki karakter umur genjah dan produksi tinggi tanaman kedelai generasi F4 masing-masing barisan terbaik hasil persilangan.
