Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Kandang Kerbau dan Dosis Pupuk Anorganik Terhadap Hara N, P, K Tanah, Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.)
The Effect of Buffalo Manure and Doses of Inorganic Fertilizer on The Soil Nutrient of Nitrogen, Phosphate, Potassium, Growth and Production of Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hara N, P, K tanah, respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah varietas Medan terhadap pemberian pupuk kandang kerbau dan dosis pupuk anorganik di Desa Unjur Kecamatan Simanindo Kabupaten Samosir dan analisis tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana, Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari sampai April 2016. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor yang terdiri dari 2 x 5 taraf yaitu K0 (0 ton/ha pupuk kandang kerbau), K1 (15 ton/ha pupuk kandang kerbau), P0 (0 kg/ha NPK, 0 kg/ha ZA, 0 kg/ha KCl), P1 (65 kg/ha NPK, 65 kg/ha ZA, 15 kg/ha KCl), P2 (130 kg/ha NPK, 130 kg/ha ZA, 30 kg/ha KCl), P3 (195 kg/ha NPK, 195 kg/ha ZA, 45 kg/ha KCl), Px (800 kg/ha NPK, 400 kg/ha ZA, 0 kg/ha KCl) dengan jumlah ulangan sebanyak 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang meningkatkan panjang tanaman, bobot basah umbi dan bobot kering umbi bawang merah. Pemberian pupuk anorganik meningkatkan hara N dan P tanah, akan tetapi pada dosis tinggi, semakin tinggi dosis pupuk anorganik yang diberikan dapat menurunkan hasil produksi bawang merah. Produksi tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan K1P1 (15 ton/ha pupuk kandang kerbau, 65 kg/ha NPK, 65 kg/ha ZA, 15 kg/ha KCl).
The purpose of the study was to evaluate soil nutrient of nitrogen, phosphor, potassium, responses growth and production shallot Medan variety against giving buffalo manure and inorganic fertilizer’s doses. The research was conducted at Unjur Village, Sub District Simanindo, District Samosir, Province North Sumatera, began from January until April 2016 and analysis of soil at PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana Laboratory, Tebing Tinggi. The research was arranged with factorial randomized block design with 2 factors which 2 x 3 levels: K0 (0 ton/ha buffalo manure), K1 (15 ton/ha buffalo manure), P0 ( 0 kg/ha NPK, 0 kg/ha ZA, 0 kg/ha KCl), P1 (65 kg/ha NPK, 65 kg/ha ZA, 15 kg/ha KCl), P2 (130 kg/ha NPK, 130 kg/ha ZA, 30 kg/ha KCl), P3 (195 kg/ha NPK, 195 kg/ha ZA, 45 kg/ha KCl), Px (800 kg/ha NPK, 400 kg/ha ZA, 0 kg/ha KCl). The result showed that buffalo manure increase plant’s length, fresh weight of bulb and dry weight of bulb. Inorganic fertilizer increases soil nutrient of nitrogen and phosphor, but the higher doses of inorganic fertilizer is given, decreases the production of Shallot. The highest production of shallot in K1P1 (15 ton/ha buffalo manure,65 kg/ha NPK, 65 kg/ha ZA,15 kg/ha KCl).
