Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tembakau Deli (Nicotiana tabacum L.) terhadap Pemberian Pupuk KNO3 dan Pupuk Organik Cair Urin Kelinci

This research has been conducted to study the effect of KNO3
(Potassium nitrate) and Rabbit
Urine fertilizer on growth and production of Deli tobacco, placed in Pasar I Ring Road,
No.89, Medan (± 25 m above sea level) during October until December 2016 using factorial
randomized block design with two factors are KNO3 (Potassium nitrate) fertilizer (0; 8; 16 g
KNO3
/plant) and rabbit urine fertilizer (0; 75; 150; 225 ml/plant). The results showed that
KNO3
(Potassium nitrate) fertilizers was giving significant effect on growth and production
of Deli Tobacco on all parameters. The giving of rabbit urine fertilizer has not increase plant
growth and production of tobacco Deli. The best giving of KNO3
(Potassium nitrate)
fertilizers is 16 g/plant (N
2). And both of interaction has not increase plant growth of tobacco
Deli.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian pupuk KNO 3 dan pupuk organik cair urin kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tembakau Deli, bertempat di lahan pertanian masyarakat yang terletak di pasar I Ring Road, No.89, kecamatan Sunggal, kota Medan Pasar I Ring Road (± 25 m dpl) pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2016 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu pupuk KNO3 (0; 8; 16 g KNO3 /tanaman) dan urin kelinci (0; 75; 150; 225 ml/tanaman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk KNO 3 nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tembakau Deli pada semua parameter. Sedangkan pemberian pupuk organik cair urin kelinci berpengaruh tidak nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tembakau Deli. Pada pemberian pupuk KNO3 perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada pemberian pupuk KNO3 16 gr/tanaman (N 2 ). Serta interaksi keduanya berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan.
