Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the effect of rainfall, rainy days, and the number of fruit bunches on the productivity of two oil palm varieties (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.), namely PPKS DxP 540 NG and Socfindo MT Gano, at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Laras Regional II. The study uses secondary data from 2016–2025, covering productivity, number of fruit bunches, rainfall, and rainy days. Multiple linear regression and correlation analyses were conducted using SPSS v.31. The results show that rainfall and the number of rainy days do not significantly affect productivity in either variety. The number of fruit bunches significantly affects productivity for both varieties. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant impact on oil palm productivity. The strength of the correlation ranges from fairly weak to strong for both varieties.
