This research was conducted In Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatra Utara, with an altitude of ±25 meters above sea level. The study used a factorial randomized block design where the first factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer, namely control 0ml/l, 3ml/l, 6ml/l, 9ml/l, 12ml/l. the second factor is the variety of kenikir plants, namely the Dramaga Kuning variety and the Aswana IPB variety. The results of this study indicate that the Aswana IPB variety has higher height, root length, number of leaves, number of branches, harvested wet weight and plant dry weight compared to Kenikir Kuning Dramaga. The Kenikir Kuning Dramaga variety has a faster flowering age and more flowers than the Aswana IPB variety. The application of liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 9ml/L accelerated flowering age and increased root length, while the concentration of 12 ml/L increased height, number of leaves, number of flowers, number of branches, wet weight of harvest and dry weight of plants.
