Publication Ethics
Acta Law Journal is a journal that upholds publication ethics. In order to maintain the quality of the journal, Acta Law Journal applies the applicable principles of publication ethics. All incoming articles will be filtered using plagiarism detection software. For articles that have been published, in the event that a violation of publication ethics is found, we reserve the right to delete the published article and report it to the competent authorities for follow-up.
- Author
- Authors must ensure that manuscripts submitted to Acta Law Journal are the author's original
- Authors must ensure that manuscripts submitted to Acta Law Journal are not under submission and have not been published elsewhere.
- The author is responsible for editing the language before submitting the manuscript.
- Any work or words of the authors, contributors or other sources must be clearly used and in accordance with PUEBI.
- Author sends publication rights approval to Acta
- Articles are written according to the format set out in the Acta Law.
- All journals to be submitted must be submitted using the online submission
- Editorial Board
- The Editorial Board must ensure the appointment of reviewers of a journal based on their field of expertise.
- The Editorial Board must ensure that there is no conflict of interest between the reviewer and the author of the article.
- The Editorial Board must ensure that all information related to submitted journals is kept confidential before

- Reviewers
- Reviewers evaluate journals based on content without regard to ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religious beliefs or political philosophy of the authors.
- Reviewers must ensure that all information related to submitted journals is protected in confidentiality and must report to the Editor in Chief if there are copyright infringement and plagiarism from the
