Usulan Perbaikan Metode Kerja Musculoskel Etal Disorders Dengan Metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (Rula) Untuk Mengurangi Risiko Musculoskel Etal Disorders

XYZ adalah perusahaan yang berlokasi di Bitung, Kabupaten Tangerang dan memproduksi jus. Pada proses produksi khususnya pada bagian puree para pekerja banyak mengalami sakit pada bagian pinggang, leher, pergelangan tangan, lengan atas dan punggung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi tingkat terjadinya risiko musculoskeletal disorders untuk mengetahui hasil dari metode RULA. RULA merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menginvestigasi gangguan pada anggota bagian atas dan Nordic Body Map merupakan kuesioner sederhana untuk mengidentifikasi risiko ergonomi. Dari hasil penelitian kegiatan berisiko tinggi dan perlu tindakan sekarang juga adalah pencucian buah, pengambilan bubur buah dan penuangan bubur buah. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan pada kegiatan pencucian buah adalah dengan menambahkan alat bantu berupa katrol. Pada kegiatan penimbangan dan penuangan bubur buah akan lebih baik jika posisi bak puree ditinggikan atau semacam diberi rak agar posisi tubuh operator tidak membungkuk.
