The International Journal of ELTICOM is an international peer-reviewed biannual journal (April and October) published by TALENTA Publisher, Universitas Sumatera Utara and managed by Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara. It is dedicated to interchange for articles of highquality research in the field of Electrical Engineering. Each publication Contain 8 (eight) research articles which will be published online.
