JoRMTT is an international blind peer-review journal dedicated to interchange for the results of research in mathematical sciences and related fields. The journal publishes papers in fundamental theory, experiments and simulation, as well as applications, with a systematic proposed method, sufficient review on previous works, expanded discussion and concise conclusion. As our commitment to the mathematics trends and technology, the JoRMTT follows the open access policy that allows the published articles freely available online without any subscription.
The journal scopes include (but not limited to) the followings:
- Numerical Analysis
- Mathematical Physics
- Probabiliy Theory and Stochastic Processes
- Quantitative Finance
- Mathematics Education
- Dynamical System and Differential Equations
- Geometry and Topology
- Operator Theory
- Combinatorics and Graph Theory
- Mathematical Computer Sciences
- Optimization and Approximation Theory
- Game Theory
JoRMTT is a journal published twice a year (biannually). Publication schedules are in March and September.
Manuscript submitted to Journal of Research in Mathematics Trends and Technology (JoRMTT) will be evaluated through two review parts. These parts are pre-review and substance review.
The pre-review of the article is aimed at reviewing the conformity of the manuscript with the journal focus and scope as well as the journal style and specific JoRMTT writing guidelines. Besides, journal editor will check the plagiarism level using Turnitin to ensure this article has not been published. Only original and previously unpublished manuscripts will be considered for review.
After the manuscripts passed the pre-review stage, the manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent referees who are experts in the related area. This journal uses the Blind Peer Review method, where duration of review is 8-12 weeks. The reviewer may request a re-review after the author revises his/her article (if necessary). The return of a reviewed manuscript to the author(s) for revision does not guarantee acceptance of the revised manuscript for publication. The final decision will be based on the comments of reviewers, upon their second review of the revised manuscript.
Editorial board of JoRMTT will judge any case of plagiarism based on specific actions. JoRMTT will use originality checking software as the tool in detecting similarities of texts in article manuscripts and the final version articles ready for publication. A maximum of 25% of similarities is allowed for the submitted papers. Should we find more than 25% of the similarity index, the article will be returned to the author for correction and resubmission.
Journal editor (authorized by Editor in Chief) will decide whether the article will be published or not, based on the recommendations from reviewers. The articles which have been declared accepted will be published before the regular issue is published on schedule, as Article in Press.
Journal of Research in Mathematics Trends and Technology (JoRMTT) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
