Correction and Retraction

IDJPCR maintains the integrity of the scholarly record. Published articles are not changed or removed without a formal notice. The journal follows the COPE Retraction Guidelines and uses the following types of notice:

Editor

Retraction

Editor, in consultation with the author(s) where possible

Requesting a correction. Authors who discover a significant error in their published article must notify the Editor promptly at idjpcr@usu.ac.id. Readers may also report errors to the same address. Minor errors that do not affect the meaning, such as typographical errors, are generally not corrected.

How notices are published. Every notice is published in the next issue, is assigned its own DOI, and is linked to the original article. The notice states the reason for the correction or retraction and who initiated it.

Retracted articles. A retracted article remains available on the website. Its PDF is marked "RETRACTED" on every page, and the article page is linked to the retraction notice. An article is removed completely only in exceptional cases, such as a legal requirement or a serious risk to privacy or safety. In such cases, the bibliographic metadata and a notice explaining the removal remain on the website.

Withdrawal before publication. Authors may withdraw a manuscript before it is accepted by submitting a written request signed by all authors. A withdrawal after acceptance is allowed only for compelling reasons and requires the Editor's approval.
