IDJPCR welcomes scholarly discussion of published articles to support transparency and the self-correcting nature of research. Readers may respond to a published article through the following channels:
Letters to the Editor. Readers may submit a letter commenting on an article published in IDJPCR, preferably within 12 months of its publication. Letters should be no longer than 1,000 words, address the content of the article, and be supported by evidence. Letters are sent to idjpcr@usu.ac.id with the subject line "Letter to the Editor – [article title]".
Review of letters. The Editor reviews each letter for relevance, accuracy, and academic tone. Letters that are offensive, defamatory, or personal will not be considered. Letters accepted for publication are forwarded to the author(s) of the original article, who are invited to respond.
Publication of responses. Accepted letters and the authors' replies may be published together in a subsequent issue and linked to the original article.
Outcomes. If the discussion reveals a significant error or ethical concern, the Editor will act according to the Correction and Retraction policy or the Allegations of Research Misconduct policy.
Readers may also discuss published articles on external post-publication review platforms such as PubPeer. The journal monitors such discussions and responds where appropriate.
