Publication Schedule

IDJPCR is published twice a year, in June and December. Each volume consists of two issues.

Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year. Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for the next available issue in order of acceptance.

Each issue publishes at least eight articles [cek]. Articles are published online with an assigned DOI (prefix 10.32734) on the issue's publication date. All articles are freely available in the Archives immediately upon publication.

4. Electronic Archiving

IDJPCR ensures the long-term preservation of, and permanent access to, all published content through the following mechanisms:

• LOCKSS and CLOCKSS. The journal uses the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, which may keep permanent copies for preservation and restoration. The LOCKSS manifest is available at this page.
• PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) [cek]. The journal content is deposited in the PKP Preservation Network, a private LOCKSS network operated by the Public Knowledge Project.
• Crossref DOI. Every article has a Digital Object Identifier (prefix 10.32734) registered with Crossref. The DOI provides a persistent link to the article.
• Article metadata and full texts are indexed in Garuda, the national scientific repository of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.
• Institutional backup. The journal website and its database are hosted on servers of Universitas Sumatera Utara and are backed up regularly by the university's IT unit [cek].

Authors may also deposit the published version of their articles in institutional or subject repositories, in line with the journal's Copyright and License policy.
