Open Access Policy

Peer Review Process
IJCAS aims to publish academic articles that uncover new depths in the study of humanities. These articles should be able to contribute to and advance our current understanding of culture, language, and literature, with a sound scientific basis. To ensure this, we employ a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewers' and authors' identities are concealed from each other throughtout the review process. The acceptance or rejection of articles will be decided by the editorial boards based on the review results supplied by the reviewers. There are no communications between authors and editors concerning the rejection decision. Before going to review process, all manuscripts will be checked that they are free from plagiarism practice using "Turnitin" software. If there is an indication of plagiarism, the manuscript will instantly be rejected. Authors whose papers are rejected will be informed with the reasons of the rejection.
The editors reserve the right to suggest that the authors have their manuscipts proofread and edited by professional proofreaders, and to decline publication of manuscripts whose authors do not comply with the editors' suggestions.
Authors are free of charge throughout the whole process including article submission, review and editing process, and publication.
