Open Access Policy for Jurnal Intervensi Sosial (JINS)

Jurnal Intervensi Sosial (JINS) is committed to the principle of open access, ensuring that all published research is freely available to the global scientific community without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

1. Open Access Commitment

  • All articles published in JINS are freely accessible immediately upon publication.

  • Readers can download, read, distribute, and share published content without requiring a subscription or payment.

  • The journal follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) principles, supporting the unrestricted sharing of knowledge.

2. Licensing Terms

  • Articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

  • This allows users to copy, redistribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

  • Proper citation of the original work must be included in any use or redistribution.

3. No Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • JINS does not charge authors any submission fees, publication fees, or article processing charges (APCs).

  • The journal is fully funded by Universitas Sumatera Utara, ensuring accessibility for researchers worldwide.
