Sumatera Medical Journal (SUMEJ) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal that provides a forum for the publication of high-quality scientific articles in the fields of medical and health sciences. SUMEJ also collaborates with various national and international institutions, associations, and research projects. One of these collaborations includes the Erasmus+ SPIRIT Project (Sport and Physical Education as a Vehicle for Inclusion and Recognition in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka), which involves partner institutions from Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. This collaboration supports academic exchange and contributes to the dissemination of research and scientific knowledge through the journal.
Publication Frequency
Sumatera Medical Journal (SUMEJ) is published three times a year, in January, May, and September. Each issue contains up to eight accepted articles. The journal is published electronically through its online journal platform.
