Every Manuscript/Journal submitted to the editorial website will be selected by the managing editor based on the format specified in this journal. Manuscripts/Journals that pass the initial selection will be assessed for eligibility by the Editorial Board. Manuscripts/Journals that pass the feasibility test are then submitted to the reviewer according to the written topic. The decision to accept articles for later upload is entirely dependent on the results of the review.

Plagiarism is not allowed. Acta Law Journal uses software to detect plagiarism. The similarity of citations is only allowed as long as it is really needed in the study.
