CARING: INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF NURSING SCIENCES (IJNS)


Caring : Indonesian Journal of Nursing Science is an international peer-reviewed biannual journal (July and December) published by TALENTA Publisher, Universitas Sumatera Utara and managed by Faculty of Nursing Universitas Sumatera Utara. It is dedicated to interchange for the articles of high quality research in the field of Nursing Science.The journal publishes state-of-art papers in fundamental theory, nursing practice in hospital, experiments and simulation, as well asapplications, with a systematic proposed method, sufficient review on previous works, expanded discussion and concise conclusion. As our commitment to the advancement of science and technology, the Caring : Indonesian Journal of Nursing Science follows the open access policy that allows the published articles freely available online without any subscription.

Each publication contains 8 (eight) research articles which will be published online. These articles are indexed by  IndonesianPublication Index (Garuda Portal) , One Search Perpustakaan Nasional ,  Google Scholar ,  PKP Indexing ,  BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine)  and  Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI) . IJNS strives to be a means of periodic, accredited, national scientific publications or reputable international publications through printed and online publications.

Journal of Caring: Indonesian Journal of Nursing Science is an internationally targeted official publication with indexed by Scopus. It publishes peer reviewed articles online in an open access format. The journal will encourage both empirical and theoretical contributions that advance nursing in practice in clinic and research. This journal is a connection from the previous journal with name Jurnal Riset Keperawatan Indonesia published by Faculty of Nursing University of Sumatera Utara in August 2013. It is a peer-reviewed journal, has both online and print versions and ISSNs. It represents the initiative and effort of the members of the Faculty of Nursing University of Sumatera Utara. The purpose of this Journal is to bring together researcher, lecturer, practitioners, health policy maker, and students interested in health science, health environment and technology and caring in the field of nursing science research. The publication is particularly committed to the development of interpretative approaches to the above mentioned issues. It does not restrict its remit to any particular methodological or theoretical orientation, but publishes both scholarly papers and more speculative pieces designed to further understanding and debate. Faculty of Nursing is committed to publish scholarly research and informed commentaries on a wide category of medical surgical, health and Science, research, education and clinical. It welcomes contributions from the growing numbers of scholars and practitioners across nursing Science who are interested in education and practice.
