In celebrating World Brain Cancer Day last June, we focused more on oncology topics, covering 3 out of 5 papers presented in this issue and 2 other papers covering neurology topics. We present Neuro-Oncology topics and others, from Brain Metastases of Hepatocellular Carcinoma case, Post Falcotentorial Meningioma Resection cases with Temporary Visual Hallucinations, Transsphenoid Approach on Sellar Region Tumor, Neuro-Vascular cases such as Management of Ischemic Stroke Literature Review, to Mortality of Guillain-Barré Syndrome and Myasthenic Crisis cases. We anticipate more variations of cases and topics in future issues.
This is our opening issue in 2024, we present 5 papers with various interesting topics to discuss. We present two systematic reviews of TBI and spontaneous ICH. we also present a rare case report about frontal sinus mucocele. Two researchers came to this section to enrich this issue. Overall the topics in this issue have proven to be quite spread out, Hopefully, this issue will be a pleasant and productive read
In this issue, we present rare cases along with their management approaches. We start this issue with a skull bone cyst along with recommendations for surgical techniques. We also present one unique case of cerebral abscess where the source of infection is unknown. Tuberculosis dominates this issue with 3 interesting cases. Hopefully, this issue rocks your knowledge.
This is our opening issue in 2023, we present two reviews about the treatment of cerebral cavernous malformations and surgical selection of pediatric hydrocephalus. There are some options for cavernoma and pediatric hydrocephalus treatments and we hope this issue brought us to a good conclusion. We also provide two pieces of research about neck and low back pain in this issue.
Hopefully, this issue could elevate your knowledge.
In this issue, broad congenital cases were brought into this case report. Congenital disease still bring an uncertainty in its management, hopefully in this issue will bring a new paradigm of knowledge. Another case of systematic review in spine case and a reported of demographic in spinal injury are brought into this issue. Spinal case is an interesting stem of neurosurgery and hopefully will enrich the reader's information.

In this issue, we cover a study of meta-analysis in the treatment of syringomyelia. There are case reports ranging from surgical to nonsurgical cases. We do hope that this section will help the reader to enhance their knowledge of the case report presented here in this issue.

In this issue, we provide a widened range of journals, from comparisons in epileptic therapy to a public health problem. We also provided some case report in cardiology, neurosurgery to urology in this issue. The general knowledge of breastfeeding in infancy is still a problem in Indonesia, hence we do hope more studies will come along to enrich people's knowledge.
Neurology and Neurosurgery is still the main interest from meta-analysis to a rare case report. We do hope that the current issue will provide more thorough knowledge to the readers

Due to the incidence of COVID-19 became a paramount in 2020, our institution decided to create a webinar focused on pediatric topic, which we also invited the author who wants to publish the journal focusing on pediatric neurosurgery.

Cases of head and spinal trauma are interesting cases to be discussed in the world of health, especially neurosurgery. Blunt trauma and sharp trauma to the head have a risk of damage to the brain and infection of the brain, while trauma to the spine can cause paralysis to disability in patients.
