Generative AI Policy

This journal supports the responsible use of GenAI to assist researchers, provided that academic integrity, transparency, and human accountability are maintained.

Rules for Authors

Permitted Uses: Can be used to improve grammar, translation, formatting, brainstorming, or coding.
Full Responsibility: Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethics of the manuscript. All AI-generated outputs must be thoroughly verified before submission.
Strict Prohibitions:

May not be used to falsify or manipulate data, research results, references, or figures.
May not list GenAI as an author or co-author.

Disclosure Obligation:

Authors must declare the use of GenAI if it contributes substantially to the manuscript's methodology or core content.
Routine grammar and spelling corrections are not required to be declared, unless they alter the substance or arguments of the paper.

Data Security: Do not upload confidential or personal data to public AI systems without appropriate authorization.

Rules for Editors

AI may be used exclusively for limited administrative support; all editorial decisions must be made solely by humans.
Editors must strictly maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and are prohibited from uploading confidential materials to public AI platforms.

Rules for Peer Reviewers

Confidentiality: Reviewers are strictly prohibited from uploading manuscripts or review materials to public GenAI tools.
Human-Driven Process: AI cannot replace the role of reviewers; reviewers remain fully responsible for the quality, depth, and integrity of their reviews.

Academic Integrity and Misconduct

Transparent use of AI in accordance with these guidelines is not considered a violation. However, hidden use, data manipulation, or AI-based plagiarism will be subject to ethical sanctions.
The journal reserves the right to request additional clarification and take appropriate editorial action if any violations are found.
