Authors submitting a manuscript to the International Journal Linguistics of Sumatra and Malay (IJLSM) do so with the understanding that, if accepted for publication, the copyright of the article will be transferred to the International Journal Linguistics of Sumatra and TALENTA Publisher Universitas Sumatera Utara, as the journal's publisher.
This copyright transfer grants the journal exclusive rights to reproduce and disseminate the article in all forms and media. Reproduction of any part of this journal, its storage in databases, and its transmission in any form or media is permitted only with written consent from the International Journal Linguistics of Sumatra and Malay (IJLSM).
Additionally, authors are required to submit a statement of the originality of the manuscript at the copyediting stage (can be downloaded here). The Copyright Transfer Form, which includes this requirement, can be downloaded here. The form must be signed and submitted to the Editorial Office as an original document or a scanned copy.
