Copyright Notice

NLR will publish the article in a volume of journal if the whole process of the article starting from submission until production stage has completed successfully. NLR editor may change the article's format style, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, based on our template or at least deemed necessary to modify it to an appropriate form. By submitting the manuscript of article, the author(s) was deemed agree to transferred the article's copyright to NLR if it is accepted to publication. Copyright and property rights in Neoclassical Legal Review: Journal of Law and Contemporary Issues follow the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

The author(s) guarantee the originality of the article, written by the author whose named is listed in the article, has not been published before, contains no statements that violating the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright which is fully owned by the author exclusively, free of the third party rights, and author(s) must already have any necessary permission quote from other sources.

In condition when the article is written by more than one author or jointly prepared by several authors, any authors who submitting the article and acting as corresponding author by the authorized from all co-authors will deemed agree on this copyright and license on their behalf and agreed to inform all of this terms of policy to his/her co-authors. Any internal dispute that may arise between authors will not caused any liability to NLR. All the improvement of the editorial process will only communicate to corresponding author.

The author approves that the article may be published and will be accessible to public freely without any charge for the readers. NLR entitles the author to no royalties or such fees that deemed as same, and author(s) also prohibited to use the material for any commercial purposes.

The rights to copy, redistributed, transform, and build the article in any medium or format retain to authors by allowing an appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. This include the transform or build upon material that need to use the same license as the original, and may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing the licens permits.
