Journal of Chemical Natural Resources

The Journal of Chemical Natural Resources (JCNaR) is a peer-reviewed, biannual, open-access journal published by Talenta Publisher Universitas Sumatera Utara, with regular issues published in February and August. The aim of the journal is to provide a medium to exchange ideas and information related to research and knowledge in disciplines of organic chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry and physical chemistry. The journal also receives systematic reviews, meta- analysis and review article on the new issues in the fields of chemistry and natural sciences. Submission to this journal implies that the manuscript has not been published or under consideration to be published in another journal.

JCNaR follows a rolling publication model, whereby articles are published online individually after acceptance and completion of the production process, then assigned to the appropriate regular issue according to the journal's publication schedule. The online publication date of each article reflects its first public availability and is recorded in its metadata.

Each publication contains 10 (ten) research articles which will be published online. These articles are indexed by Google Scholar and Science and Technology Index (SINTA) . Journal of Chemical Natural Resources strives to be a means of periodic, accredited, national scientific publications or reputable international publications through printed and online publications.

The Journal of Chemical Natural Resources  has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Republic Indonesia with Forth Grade (Sinta 4)  since the year 2021 to 2026 according to the decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024, Regarding Scientific Journal Accreditation Rank Period II of 2024.
