Author Fee

The Journal of Civil Engineering and Public Infrastructure Management (JCE-PIM) is published under TALENTA Publisher, Universitas Sumatera Utara, as an open-access journal. To promote equitable access to knowledge and support academic dissemination, the journal does not charge any fees to authors at any stage of the publication process.

1. Article Submission Fee

There is no submission fee for manuscripts submitted to JCE-PIM. Authors can submit their articles free of charge through the online submission system.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

JCE-PIM applies no Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. The publication of articles is fully supported by TALENTA Publisher and the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara, as part of their commitment to advancing open-access research in civil engineering, circular economy, and public infrastructure management.

3. Waiver Policy

Because JCE-PIM does not impose any publication fees, a waiver policy is not applicable. All accepted papers are published without cost to the authors.

4. Additional Charges

There are no additional charges for color figures, tables, supplementary materials, or article length within the journal’s standard format (6–12 pages).

Through this policy, JCE-PIM ensures that research dissemination remains open, accessible, and inclusive for all scholars, in line with the mission of TALENTA Publisher to support the global exchange of scientific knowledge.
