The Journal of Civil Engineering and Public Infrastructure Management (JCE-PIM) provides immediate open access to all published content. This policy is based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and contributes to the advancement of science and technology.

All articles published in JCE-PIM are accessible online without subscription fees or access restrictions. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication is given.
