All articles published in the Journal of Civil Engineering and Public Infrastructure Management (JCE-PIM) are open-access and distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the license is provided, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

Authors retain the copyright of their work without restrictions and grant the publisher, TALENTA Publisher, Universitas Sumatera Utara, the right of first publication.
